Mouth agape. The stage is bare, the light all-encompassing. Unclothed, Boris Charmatz sinks into the silence. Despite its boisterous nature, his dance strives to be silent, and the absence of sound becomes deafening. Like a tension lodged in his throat, he seems to be searching for a way out, coming up against the impossibility of speaking or shouting. In a state of absolute simplicity, the slightest tremor instils raw emotions.
