SOMNOLE

In near darkness, on a bare stage, Boris Charmatz, half-naked, dances alone and whistles. The tunes of Bach, Billie Eilish and even The Pink Panther accompany his breath, which has become music. A breath that guides an impetus, agitated, floating or wavering. This solo, the choreographer’s first, explores the different states of SOMNOLE (dozing) when the first dreams arise. A thought set in motion, carried by a score that is both physical and whistled.

Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 March: also discover levée, solo + herses, duo at the Espace Pasolini as part of Instants Magnétiques.
