In the here and now. For his latest creation at the helm of the Ballet du Nord, Sylvain Groud weaves his choreographic vision with the voices of seven young dancers. [Les 2010] draws on their stories to bring forth a vibrant dance, imbued with fears, impulses and desires. In a minimalist space, illuminated solely by light and the precision of the dancers’ bodies, a question arises: how does one navigate and dance through this world when one is under 20?
