Une programmation de l’Espace Pasolini dans le cadre des Instants Magnétiques
Programmed by l’Espace Pasolini as part of Instants Magnétiques
Boris Charmatz drew on his repertoire to create this two-part piece: from two choreographies originally created for groups, he extracted a solo and a duet, which became two independent pieces, two dance precipitates.
In levée, solo, Marion Barbeau, a dancer who trained at the Paris Opera, reappropriates the 25 movements that made up the piece Levée des conflits. Accompanied by Amandine Beyer’s colourful violin playing, she performs her own version of this score, which was originally conceived for 24 performers as a canon of drifting gestures.
In herses, duo derived from herses (une lente introduction), the desire for fusion becomes the driving force behind a sculptural and sensual dance, a dance with naked bodies entwined in absolute contact.
